AN ACT RELATIVE TO PANDEMIC AND DISASTER PREPARATION AND RESPONSE IN THE COMMONWEALTH.

Short form: In the case of a declared emergency it would allow warrentless searches of buildings including houses, the destruction/decontamination of... anything, restrict assembly, prevent free movement of people, allow for involuntary vaccinations... and you can go to jail and be fined for not complying.
