More police murder:

milktreeCulpeper police officer shoots and kills a Sunday school teacher in the church parking lot. The police claim she trapped his arm in her window and tried to drive off.
However, a carpenter working next door saw the cop's hands outside the car, not trapped. He says the officer shot the window of the car, and when she tried to drive away he shot five more times. The cruisers's dash camera was turned off.

When faced with a witness contradicting the officer's story, the Police accuse the witness of changing his story (although they don't say how his witness statement change)
