The U.S. ambassador to Mexico has just resigned because one of the memos leaked by WikiLeaks revealed some embarrassing comments he made about the "widespread corruption in Mexican security agencies", a "dysfunctionally low level of collaboration" and the absurdly low level of arrests that actually lead to charges (2%)

So let me get this straight: When Mexico's president scolds the US for exporting guns to Mexico, that's OK, even though the problem is actually Mexico exporting drugs to the US, but when a leaked secret memo that comments on the ridiculous malfunctioning state of the Mexican government, we're "meddling"?
