The U.S. ambassador to Mexico has just resigned because one of the memos leaked by WikiLeaks revealed some embarrassing comments he made about the "widespread corruption in Mexican security agencies", a "dysfunctionally low level of collaboration" and the absurdly low level of arrests that actually lead to charges (2%)
