Salt (the movie)
Aug. 23rd, 2010 07:44 pmUm... Don't waste your $5.
The list of what's *right* with the movie is shorter by a longshot than the list of what's wrong.
Here's a summary:
- People aren't that stupid.
- No procedure set up by anyone smarter than a carrot would allow that.
- Physics doesn't work that way (many, many times).
- Biology doesn't work that way (many times).
- Wait, that was the ending?
They don't make a crane sturdy enough to suspend my disbelief.
Yes, $5. Matenee. Wait for video.
No, actually, re-watch The Bourne Identity, Mission: Impossible reruns (TV show), and some Daniel Craig James Bond. You'll enjoy it more.
Having said that, there were some good parts:
- There was only one famous actor (actress).
- The acting was actually pretty good, despite the absurd writing.
- The premise has potential, too bad about the execution.
