Um... no. NO!
The police DO NOT make laws! Period. The police enforce laws.
What the fuck is wrong with people that they think the police having anything to do with the making of laws is ok?
I have to write a letter to WBUR and hassle them for not pointing this out, or at least clarifying what they really meant.
