7 is kind of funny, except that it's overly used
0 can be funny in some contexts, but usually isn't.
1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 aren't particularly funny.
9 is the other version of "this goes to 11", but less so. Not funny, but not un-funny either.
eleven-teen, seventy-eleventy, and similar malapropisms are funny.
Big round numbers (any round numbers) aren't funny.
Fractions can be very funny, but are usually just made up of other things.
