It's a woman who does make-up to mimic the look of various pop culture icons. In this case she makes herself up to look like Barbie.
What I find really amazing is that she does it all to herself, those aren't someone else's hands.
Not only that, she does it without a mirror, using only her reflection in the camera lens.
