Why the hell can't our government just leave us alone?
This sort of behavior can only be described as jack-booted thugary.
I appreciate that health codes have social value, and enforcing them also does, but this is so completely over-the-top absurd, I can only imagine it's some crazy attempt by some bureaucrat who doesn't actually understand food enough to realize how incredibly wrong her actions are.
