That was an inspiration. <br /><br />It's ironic that COVID, which has killed nearly a quarter million people and messed up countless more, has had such a marked positive effect on our (Rachel and my) health. I've lost about 8% in weight (--fat, +muscle), my pants are a couple sizes too big, and my resting pulse has dropped about 10pbm. Ironically, my old smaller-waist jeans don't fit because the thighs are too small and the waist is a little loose.<br /><br />The real trick will be maintaining it over the winter. <br /><br /><img src="http://www.mahonkin.com/~milktree/livejournal/2020-11-05-bicycle-log.jpg" /><br /><br /><img src="https://www.dreamwidth.org/tools/commentcount?user=milktree&ditemid=162557" width="30" height="12" alt="comment count unavailable" style="vertical-align: middle;"/> comments
